The B3 Wingman, or simply the Wingman, is a Pilot anti-personnel revolver handgun sidearm that appears in Titanfall,Titanfall 2,Apex Legends, and Apex Legends Mobile. In all cases, the Wingman boasts immense high-caliber stopping power and notable accuracy to compensate for its small magazine and relatively slow fire rate.
The B3 Wingman is noticeably stronger than the other sidearms. This sidearm deals a lot of damage and has great accuracy and incredible range. The only weaknesses to this weapon are its small magazine and slower rate of fire. Consider equipping this sidearm when carrying a short-range primary weapon like a submachine gun or shotgun—you’ll appreciate the range and accuracy of the Wingman even more.
The B3 Wingman only takes two shots to the body or one to head to kill an enemy Pilot. The other sidearms take at least four shots to the body or three to the head. If you can become accurate with this weapon, it is a beastly sidearm. Use this weapon only if your primary is running low or out of ammo. It’s a great one to catch a Pilot off guard in close quarters.
Against enemy minions this weapon is powerful, but gives away your position on the minimap. Keep your distance and pick off the minions at a longer range. All minions can be killed with a single shot, but you’ll need to aim for the head to one-shot a Spectre.

In many ways, the B3 Wingman is the RE-45 Autopistol's polar opposite. It is very capable at long-range, but sacrifices short-range capabilities for that. It has high damage, and requires precision aiming as opposed to firing rapidly at short range.
The B3 Wingman returns as a Pilot double-action revolver in Titanfall 2. It retains its stopping power, with increased ammunition capacity of 8 when extended mags are equipped.
The B3 Wingman Elite was added to the game in the Angel City's Most Wanted DLC. It is described as a high caliber revolver with a custom ergonomic grip to mitigate heavy recoil in heavy-G to low-G environments. It has been outfitted with a match trigger group bringing its pull weight down to 1.5 lbs. Other modifications are a black parkerized finish, forward rail plates, and a rear mounted Iron-Dot reflex sight.[1]
Levelling up the Wingman will unlock the WingmanCallsign. The Wingman XL banner can also be unlocked via Advocate Gift.
The powerful, slow - firing Wingman has historically been popular among Frontier settlers as a symbol of rugged independence. However, for all its strength and swagger, it can be difficult to control due to its harsh recoil - more than a few overconfident marksmen have met their end with a spent Wingman in hand. It truly shines when wielded by a handler who can match its strength. The Wingman is notably the preferred sidearm of Apex Games Commissioner Kuben Blisk.

The B3 Wingman appears again in the Apex Games, remaining relevant even after the end of the Frontier War. It's a sniper ammo pistol that once again boasts single-shot accuracy and stopping power in exchange for a small magazine and comparatively slow rate of fire. It can be modified in the field with attachments for a close-range scope and a heavy extended magazine. The Wingman also is the only pistol that has a headshot multiplier greater than 1.5x, and does not fall off in damage at range. Its hipfire is also accurate and the bullet will always go to the center of where the crosshairs intersect.
The Wingman has very long range in its listed stats, outright surpassing the R-101C Carbine in that area.
Earlier in development, the Wingman held 8 rounds. This was likely changed for balance reasons.
It has a rather bizarre reload that can best be described as the revolver taking itself apart to reload. Not only does it involve the replacement of the entire hexagonal cylinders, but the entire front end of the weapon appears to slide forwards and the top rail moves vertically upward.
The Wingman Elite bears a notable resemblance to the real-world Mateba Autorevolver.
The pistol is the signature weapon of the legend Mirage
In Apex Legends, the Wingman, HAVOC, P2020 and L-STAR are the only weapons with the same Tactical and Full Reload times
