The IMC Serviceman’s Readjustment Act (also referred to as the "G.I. Bill") is an IMC policy, awarded to veterans of IMC-backed conflicts in the Core Systems. This gave veterans various benefits; loans to start businesses and farms on the Frontier, low-cost mortgages and guaranteed property rights on Frontier worlds to start new lives. These initial settlers would become the initial settlers of the Frontier, and would later go on to use their skills in the operation of firearms and Titans to form the backbone of the Frontier Militia.[1]
